Meet the customer relations manager of Death Wish Coffee

By Death Wish Coffee — / Death Wish Coffee Blog

Caiden Tuller, Customer Relations Manager

Caiden Tuller is, essentially, the hype man of Death Wish Coffee Company. He is the go-to person for all questions Death Wish related, he's always keeping his team and the rest of the office motivated and happy, and he's always down for a good old fashioned Nerf gun war.

Caiden has been here for four years, and he's in charge of our all-star customer service department. When he's not in the office, you'll find him zooming around in his GTI, cuddling with his dog Yogi Bear, or watching Bob's Burgers.

Death Wish Coffee Company is made up of an ever-growing team made up of passionate, hardworking people. We want to take you inside our headquarters and introduce you to the team members that make the world's strongest coffee a reality.

How long have you been working with Death Wish and what do you do here?

I've been a part of Death Wish for four years now, which is absolutely wild to think about. Time really does fly when you're having fun! I'm currently the manager of our Customer Relations Department, working with Mike and Kristine, the world's best Customer Service Gurus, the Caffeinated Dream Team — you might have heard of them?

What have you learned about the coffee industry yet?

There's not much that could happen that coffee can't fix.

What does a typical day look like for you? How much coffee do you drink?

When I get into the office, I set my stuff down and grab one of the mugs off my desk before I zombie drift toward the coffee pot. Then I get back to my space to look over the notes and objectives I left myself from the night before to make sure we're on track and if there are any issues that need tending to, they're the first thing we check off. I attend a lot of meetings these days, but when I'm not there, I'm working to make sure we're always on top of providing the best customer service this world has ever seen!

I don't like when my coffee gets cold even in the slightest bit so I tend to drink them fast, but I also enjoy the taste, so I usually get in about 3 to 4 cups before I realize that the day is already over and I've managed to be everywhere and in the same spot all at once.

What do you do for fun?

I'd like to say I'm one of those people who's got my hobbies nailed down pat, but I'm a bit of everything bagel type of guy. As in, I'm pretty much down for anything! Not big on going to movies though, I will say that. I can't sit still!

What’s something that goes on at HQ that people would be surprised to learn?

Most of us in the office have an office plant. Big, strange office plants. They have their good days and bad days but they also have names. I have a Peace Lily named Spoon.
