I have a confession to make. My decision-making game in the morning is weak AF. It starts off with the poor decision to snooze past my alarm and gets progressively worse from there. You think I have time to make a nice hot cup of coffee to pair with some bacon and eggs? Think again. Do you also think I magically look like Beyoncé? No, I literally woke up like this. And by ‘this’ I mean tired.
